Transparent alpha handling with beamreactor

Until recently, alpha handling needed a particular manipulation from the user. Not anymore!

Managing alphas with PNG pictures is most usually troublesome for Photosh*p neophytes. With beamreactor it used to be fairly complex, with most images resampled to jpg regardless of their alpha settings, and most users had to modify alpha values themselves, using diskmaster to delete the automated pictures and replacing these with some of their creations.

Mike asked us politely to find a better way to handle alphas and there it is. The new graphics library features a dedicated conversion function that not only manages all graphic types on the fly but also preserve the alpha channel settings perfectly, whilst allowing for resizes, crops, blurring and all the regular operations.
